Leverage. Our main goal is to help leverage your business and to take it to the next level. We are a second set of eyes and ears, a streamlined form of communication while you are out of office doing what you do best; selling homes. Regardless of if your goals are professional or personal, we are here to help keep your head above water. We offer a wide variety of support and leverage in order to bring the most value.  

We have a few different payment options we provide. Our “a la carte” services range from $225-$425 per file. Our pre-packaged memberships are a good happy medium for solo agents who prefer to budget or rockstar teams where an a la carte approach is not sustainable. Packages and Memberships range from $1,250-$4,000 per month. Finally, we offer customizable packages, tailored specifically to your business. Prices are set during the building process of your membership.  

Our onboarding process is simple yet packs a powerful punch to establish strong foundations for success. We will set up a meeting of your choice (Zoom or Phone Call) and walk you through our entire process. We go over: what to expect, how we operate, your goals and how we can tailor to meet your needs, your contractor recommendations, your fears getting started and how we can ease them, your short- and long-term goals and more. Once onboarding is complete, we will be ready to tackle anything that comes our way, together. *Before reaching out to onboard, please fill our pre-onboarding form in the forms tab! 

Our team is not currently licensed, when you hire a TC, our job is to ensure you look good to your clients and that your license is protected legally. We do not operate in a licensed capacity while assisting as TC. We handle a ton, but negotiations are left up to our agent. 

We have quite a few systems in place to track contractual deadlines, missing information, follow ups, and backup. Every Thursday we do “deep dives” into each and every file to ensure we are touching base with anything outstanding before the weekend. Our secret to success is communication.
