Courtney is the Owner, Founder, and Lead Transaction Coordinator of Wildflower Real Estate Services. She began her career in 2015 working along-side a top-producing team in Clarksville, Tennessee, where she developed a strong foundation in high-volume transactions, builder closings, and complex deal structures. 

With extensive experience supporting new construction, agent-owned investment properties, and specialized financing, Courtney is known for her ability to navigate non-traditional transactions. Her background includes working with renovation loans, construction loans, quitclaim deeds prior to closing, land transactions, and a wide range of residential scenarios. 

As the founder of Wildflower, Courtney brings a detail-oriented approach to transaction coordination. Her ability to manage complex files while protecting compliance and client experience has made her a trusted partner to agents seeking reliable backend support as they scale their business.

Natasha has been a trusted and integral part of Wildflower since its early days, bringing extensive experience in compliance, transaction coordination, and agent support. Her background spans high-level compliance oversight and hands-on transaction management, giving her a well rounded understanding of what it takes to keep deals organized, accurate, and compliant from listing to close. 

She thrives in fast-paced, single agent environments, where she focuses on helping agents leverage their business through structured systems, proactive communication, and attention to detail. Known for her strong ability to adapt to each agent's workflow, Natasha plays a critical role in supporting confident closings and long-term client success. 

Sydney joined Wildflower in the Spring of 2025 and has quickly become an essential part of the team. She plays key role in managing backend operations, ensuring transactions remain organized, compliant and on track. 

With a strong focus on pre-compliance checks and administrative accuracy, Sydney helps to ensure every file meets required standards so our agents get paid on time, every time. Her attention to detail and commitment to consistency support operational efficiency of the entire team and directly contribute to smoother, more reliable closings.
