My name is Courtney, I am the Owner, Founder and Lead TC of Wildflower Real Estate Services. I thrive in a fast paced, high volume, large team setting but I love my solo agents who are out here killing the game as well. I’ve been a Real Estate Support Professional since 2015 and decided to go solo in 2020. Wildflower was born in July of 2020!
My DISC assessment is SC. Most leaders have a D in there somewhere, and I can be that when needed, but I prefer to stay in the background. I am comfortable and content in my bubble of support and I couldn’t image it any other way. I absolutely love what I do.
Natasha has worn many hats since Wildflower began: Compliance Director all the way to CEO of her own hub!
Natasha thrives in a fast paced, single agent environment where she focuses on not only on leveraging your business, but creating long lasting relationships. She loves learning a style of business and adapting to meet the needs. She is a compliance wiz and loves the paperwork side of TC’ing.
She is incredible and is currently TC’ing for 90% of our solo agents! She has grown her own wings her career and challenges our team daily to do and be better.
Wildflower is so excited to announce that we have snagged Brittaney. Brittaney is a current independent TC in Florida and works with a handful of agents. She is an 18 year insurance vet, and worked many years in leadership roles. I think the partnership will be flawless and we are looking forward to changing her title from "Independent TC" to "Wildflower TC"! Florida agents, she is your girl!
